Het GXO Traineeship is jouw springplank! Je kunt nu meteen starten, uiterlijk tot 1 september, met de officiële aftrap van het programma in september 2026.
Wat ga je doen?
Samen met andere trainees begin je aan een 2 jaar durend traject met drie projecten van zes maanden. Bijvoorbeeld als teamleider op de werkvloer, of juist in een specialistische rol als inventory control of engineering – je krijgt meteen verantwoordelijkheid.
Leren & ontwikkelen
Je volgt samen met je groep zo’n tien trainingen: van LEAN tot leiderschap, van Operational Excellence tot persoonlijke coaching. Je ontwikkelt jezelf razendsnel, samen met je peers.
En na het traineeship?
We vieren samen jouw succes en kijken met jou naar de volgende stap binnen GXO. Je krijgt support van je manager, mentor en HR om jouw ideale vervolg te kiezen.

Wat breng jij mee?
- Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering/Management of vergelijkbaar
- Je bent ambitieus, leergierig en proactief
- Je communiceert vlot, minimaal in het Engels en Nederlands. Overige talen pré.
- Je bent flexibel qua inzetbaarheid, hebt de bereidheid om te reizen en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs.
- Je kunt uiterlijk 1 september starten (eerder in overleg)
